In celebration of National Children’s Day, which is observed on Sunday, June 14, 2020, we will be giving away coloring items and books to kids 5 years of age and up. This will take place on Friday, June 12, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Greater Lake City Community Resource Center. Limited supplies are available.

We are inviting the men of greater Lake City to the Greater Lake City Community Resource Center on Friday, June 19, 2020.

From 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, greater Lake City fathers, and those serving in similar capacities, will receive FREE socks in celebration of Father’s Day. A drive-through method will be used for distribution.

Do you know a guardian in sincere need of diapers for their baby?

Invite them to our Diaper Day! We will distribute FREE size 3 diapers to those who make an appointment.

We’ll be celebrating our second anniversary later this month. In order to celebrate, we are inviting everyone out to a Drop and Drive Birthday Parade on Friday, June 26, 2020. From 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, drive through our parking lot and wish us a Happy Birthday. In lieu of gifts, we’re requesting canned goods to benefit our pantry and the work we do to flatten the hunger curve in the lower Pee Dee. We’ll have music and smiles. All we’ll need is you!
